My Semestral Break

     Every year, were having a semestral break in our school. This is the awaited Break of the students. Some of the students were enjoying this semestral break and some also were getting bored. But for me, I really enjoy this semestral break.
     I enjoyed my semestral  break because this is the break im awaiting for. One of my enjoyable part of my semestral break is when we were having our campaign period together with my SK party. We have to make our own paraphernalia, then we campaigned in our barangay. At long last, we have finally got the result of the barangay election and im the no. 3 in the rank of SK kagawad. I think my life will go back to normal, its all been boring when the barangay election had been done. But im wrong, because after the barangay election I spent my time together with my friends. We also have our reunion with my classmate in elementary. We went to alad bar last october 31. Im so happy that day. This is my unforgettable moment and this is the most enjoyable part of my semestral break. I really enjoy this semestral break.

Is the Internet as good as what others say?

1. Is the Internet as good as what others say?

   * In some point yes, but for some no. Actually, Internet depends on how the people use it. YES, in the sense that it helps the students making  their  work easier and faster. They can research their assignments, projects, and other school works in the easiest form. Internet has the ability also to give entertainment to the people. Through Internet, people can communicates to their families or love ones in other places, they can gain friends through twitter, face book and Internet can give also the latest news. NO, in the sense that Internet has been used in bad doings like uploading the different farms of scandals which can destroy the dignity of the persons involved. Internet has been also used in playing computer games by the teenagers which can destroy the grades and academics of the students.  

2. What do you think are advantages and disadvantages of Internet?

  ADVANTAGES

  --> It is a great help in accomplishing my projects and assignments.

  --> It is enables me to communicate with my relatives and friends far from my place.

  --> It provides me entertainment.

  --> Its make my work easier and faster.

  DISADVANTAGES

  --> Often use of Internet make us lazy specially in making projects and assignments.

  --> By means of Internet, young children are able to watch pornographic scenes and pictures without limitation  which is not good.

  --> People do to deceive and are being deceive by others in regards with false memo by means of Internet.

  --> Many  students were not attending their classes because they went to the computer shops to  play games, open their face book, twitter, and etc.  

3. How does the Internet affected your life?

   * For me, Internet help me a lot in doing my works specially in my academics and provide  me into a high technology living.
